ApServ/Cklist Tab

The ApServ/Cklist tab will allow users to view or add default check lists and preferred airport and FBOs and services airport services.


When the passenger or company is marked as the requester on the trip the services will be added to the corresponding legs for the arrival/departure services.
If the passenger is set as the requester or added as a passenger for the leg(s) then the default check list will be applied.

Adding Checklist Groups and Preferred Services
Clicking the + button will bring up the Airport List and once an airport is selected the user will be able to select a preferred FBO.


Right Clicking will bring up a menu with the below options:
  1. New FBO - allows users to add a new preferred FBO
  2. New Pax Service - allows users to add a preferred passenger hotel, catering service, vendor, car/limo service, or miscellaneous service.
  3. New Crew Service - allows users to add a preferred crew hotel, catering service, vendor, car/limo service, or miscellaneous service.
  4. New Checklist Group - allows users to add a check list to the record
  5. Delete - will delete the selected record
  6. Edit - will edit the selected record
