Deactivate a FOS User Profile & Mobile Account

Deactivate a FOS User Profile & Mobile Account

To deactivate a mobile account, start in the User Module and open the individuals user profile. Go to the Mobile tab and remove the Legacy Device ID (if populated) as well as uncheck the "Mobile Access" option. Completing these steps will return a mobile license back to your bank; it may take up to 24 hours for that license to be available to use again.

Then to continue and deactivate their FOS account, set an Expiration Date on the User tab of the user profile. Select OK to save. This will remove the User profile from the main list of users as well, but you can view it and re-enable it at a later date by selecting the "Expired" box at the top of the Users list; that will filter back in the profiles with past expiration dates.

The final step is to deactivate the Flight Manager account associated with the user. Instructions on deactivation are included as a part of this article.
