FOS Release 3.15.2

FOS® Release Notes – Version 3.15.2
Release Date: November 2025

Enhancements:

1. Vendor Alliance / Charter Vendor Stratos Jet: Added new charter vendor, Stratos Jet Charters, to vendor alliance. The following article provides more information on using quote requests. FOS | Quote Request Module Knowledge Base

2. Interfaces / Fatigue / Pulsar Integration: Amendments have been made to the Fatigue function where it will now bring up the landing page in an external browser if the Pulsar option is selected within the Company module. Please note you will need to sign in on the page initially but subsequent attempts should use preexisting login credentials.

3. Airport Module / Airport Update: The airport database has been formatted to be usable with our new database provider Universal. In this change the fields highlighted in blue within an airport record will be updated. In addition, the following tabs within an airport record will also be updated: Customs, FBO, Limo and Catering.

With the utilization of Universal airport data, clients can now fully automate the airport update while using the FOS system. Admins will need to navigate into the Company module → interface tab → settings tab and amend the Airport field at the bottom. They can set the designated day and server time for the airport update to automatically run. (For Portside customers, the server time zone is UTC).

To verify if an airport record has been updated in FOS, you will need to open any designated airport and navigate into the comment tab. At the bottom of the comment section will be a date and time timestamp.

4. FOS EXE Directory / FOS.Config File: A new config file named “FOS” has been created in the .exe directory. This configuration file will house error logs, FM Endpoints, and airport update database. Self-hosted clients do not need to amend the SMTP server or From Email field within this config file they only need to amend the same fields within the company module.

● Fixed issue where the Pulsar integration was sending trips outside of the set bounds of the transmission. This was rectified by setting the ending bounds to 23:59.
● Fixed issue where the Pulsar integration was not able to handle airport code type data in capitalized format. We are now transmitting in all lowercase for airport code type..
● Fixed issue where the Pulsar integration was not sending the correct airport code type ( ICAO , IATA or Airport ID ). Previously we were only sending IATA codes.
● Fixed issue with the Pulsar integration where duty periods were being sent from outside the specified range.

● Fixed issue within FOS mobile where Flightrisk function was not bringing up the landing page for Pulsar.
● Fixed issue where the mobile user count was not displaying in the help and about section of FOS.
