FOS® Release Notes – Version 3.15.1

Enhancements

1. FOS Mobile Enhancement: FOS can now send passenger profile pictures to FOS Mobile. Please note that only the image set in the Picture Tab of the passenger record will be transmitted to Mobile. Additionally, the image cannot exceed 400 kb and requires the AD & FOS Mobile checkbox to be marked (see screenshot).




2. Third Party Interface - Baldwin:
A change has been made to the Baldwin integration. Trip information will now only be transmitted if the aircraft is marked to sync with Baldwin. To mark the aircraft to sync with Baldwin the checkbox within the aircraft profile must be checked (see screenshot).



Fixes

  1. Fixed issue where passenger count would not display correctly on the operation board.

  1. Fixed issue where a trip that has a cancelled leg caused FOS to not record the completed status of the trip within the audit trail.

  1. Fixed issue where the FOS windows authentication setting was not auto logging users in.

  1. Fixed issue where when a crewmembers AC qualification was removed this also inadvertently removed non-associated training items.

  1. Fixed issue where the forgot password pin email was referencing the incorrect FOS support email address.

  1. Fixed issue where crew activities were not correctly calculating the number of RONs.

  1. Fixed issue where users would receive an access violation error when attempting to close out a FOS report.

  1. Fixed issue where crew manifest for a trip was not displaying the entire assignment.

  1. Fixed issue where there was a Lag in Quotes when changing the AC Rate. The Rates can now be changed without a delay when FOS calculates the rates.

  1. Fixed issue with Pulsar interface due to old API being deprecated. NOTE: Customers must update to 3.15.1 in order to continue utilizing the Pulsar integration.
