Accessing the Personnel Module from other areas in FOS

Aside from the FOS Main Menu > Personnel Module button, a specific personnel record may also be accessed from various areas within FOS.

Accessing from the Schedule Board

After setting the radio button to Crew, right click and select, or double click, on the individual within the schedule board.

a) Right-clicking and selecting Personnel Data

b) Double clicking the name/Crew ID

Accessing from the crew assignment in a trip

a) Selecting the Position button within a trip will open the personnel record for the individual listed

b) Double clicking on the position assigned row will open the personnel record for the individual selected.
