Access violation when running personnel report

If a user tries to run a personnel report, from the personnel module, on either an individual crewmember or multiple selected crews, they may encounter the below access violation error.




The solution for this is to go to the Operations board, choose Report, then Reports - Date Range.


Change the date range to that which you want. Set the report group to crewmember. Choose the report you wish to print and select the crewmembers you want to report on from the bottom right quadrant. Then select Print.


The report should run as you expect it to. After it runs successfully via this method, going through the Operations board, you can return to running the report through the Personnel module utilizing the multiple-select method.
