ARINC Document - connection error

We have been made aware of an intermittent issue with transmission of documents to ARINC from FOS. After connecting with ARINC Engineering on this issue, we were advised they do see these errors and believe it is possibly due to network issues which corrupts the file. They are unable to replicate the issue at this time but advised they will try to dig further for a resolution. 

**Update as of 7/30/2026: ARINC advised they pushed a possible fix to the API. Customers should continue to report the error if it is received so feedback can be given to the vendor.**



The error(s) presented will state the document name and trip number. Then it could be either or both of the below errors.
