Error: The maximum number of Pervasive user count licenses has been reached (error=161) access_refresh_company: compinfo_open (Thread 0) 


Solution: 
The error you are receiving is related to the Pervasive License. To resolve this error message means one of two things. 
1. The pervasive license has expired. On the FOS server, open Pervasive-->Utilities-->License Administrator. This screen should show the Pervasive key. What does it say in the State or Status Field? Expired? Active? Etc 
2. The maximum number of Pervasive licenses have been reached. If FOS does not close gracefully, sessions can become stuck in Pervasive. To clear, on the FOS server, open Pervasive-- >Utilities-->Monitor. At the top of the screen select Microkernel and clear the Active files and Active sessions.
