Solution: If hosted, tech support will need to clear you temp files. If self hosted, your IT or administrators of hte program will need to clear your temp files via these directions.

If clearing of the temp files do not resolve the issue, the individual user will need to ensure all monitors in their setup have a scale of 100%. See step 3 in this directional.
