Solution:
1. Restart FOS server in order to clear all Pervasive sessions.
2. Make sure there is no special character like * or # in the auto report name and export filename.
3. Confirm the server RAM usage is not full.
4. Before logging in the interface, select the Reset User Defaults box.
5. Clear the tmp file of the Interface Manager user.
