1. Clear everyone's temporary folders. This is typically located in C:\FOS\Data\Tmp
2. Have you rebooted the FOS server recently? If not, please do so.
3. Reapply Modify rights for everyone to the FOS.exe and FOS Data folder.
4. In Company Data, on the Web Tab make sure that the Image and exe path files are populated correctly.
5. Within the Registry Editor on the server navigate
to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MRxSmb\Parameters and
create an entry with the following parameters.
Type: REG_DWORD
Entry: MultiUserEnabled
Value: 1
6. Please install FOS locally onto the machine and point the Data / TMP Directory back to the server. Use the local FOS.exe to run and test if the issue persist
7. Uninstall and reinstall Pervasive on the server.
8. If the above steps did not work further investigation on how the FOS executable is being shared to the users is required. The C0000006 error is likely caused by a dropped connection to the server.
