Solution:Pulsar identifies each crew member by an employeeId that FOS builds from the user's Personnel record key. The error means: the Pulsar member record that exists today for this user was originally created under a different Pulsar OrgId than the one FOS is currently using. Pulsar will not let one OrgId's API key read or update a member that belongs to a different OrgId. The vendor should be contacted for resolution.
