          6. Do you want to see the place of birth for crew and pax?

          7. Do you want to add blank pax lines to hand write in extra pax?

          8. Do you want to print the notes and specs page?

Comments:

          Excludes cancelled legs;

          Grouped by trip;

          Dates / times LOCAL;
