Customs Tab

The Customs tab of an airport record provides detailed information regarding customs availability, operating hours and contact information at the airport.  



  1. Customs - if available, the box will be checked.
  2. Airport of Entry - If this specific airport is considered an airport of entry the appropriate box will be updated with the airport update.
  3. Prior Permission Required - If prior permission is required this option may be selected. Contact information, including phone numbers and, if applicable, an email address or fax number are listed to the right.
  4. CBP Designated Southern Border Crossing Airport - designates that an airport is approved for this and the box will be checked.

  1. Operating Hours - Operating hours of customers will be listed in the appropriate fields. If a flight is scheduled out of the operating hours listed, you will receive a “warning” when scheduling.


  1. Customs and Operational Information - Comment field can be filled in with your company’s operational data and will remain intact after an airport update. This field is also displayed on the Comments tab of an airport record.
  2. Additional Comments from Third Party Airport Information - The comments in the grey field below is supplied and updated with the airport update and is not modifiable.
