Baldwin Integration

The Baldwin integration allows customers to transmit trip data seamlessly to Baldwin when saving and exiting a trip, or whenever the set time interval is reached via the interface manager. An active account with Baldwin SMS is required for this integration. Please contact the vendor for more information.

Baldwin will provide the information to populate in the FOS Company > Interfaces tab > Applications subtab record:
Org ID - This will come from Baldwin
Username - This will come from Baldwin
Password - This will come from Baldwin
FOS Trip Replication to Baldwin - This is the master switch to turn on the integration
Timer Interval: The default timer is 3 hours. FOS trip data sends to Baldwin when saving and exiting a trip, or whenever the set time interval is reached if there is no active users manipulating FOS data



Additionally, you will need to select the "Sync with Baldwin" checkbox in the Desc tab of each tail that you would like to include in the integration. Trip information will now only be transmitted if the aircraft is marked to sync with Baldwin.
