We want to make you aware of a recent update for one of our integration partners, Veryon, regarding their TLS settings. This change was implemented without prior notice and has create a compatibility issue with how FOS interacts with Veryon.
Our team is actively working with the vendor to identify a secure and timely resolution. At this point, it appears that a configuration adjustment on the FOS side may be required as the vendor change will not be reverted. We are currently evaluating the scope of this change and will provide a timeline as soon as more information is available.
UPDATE 4/7/2026: The vendor was able to disable the recent configuration and the integration should be restored. FOS Developers and Veryon will work together to re-implement their needed changes in a way that limits disruption to customers.
