Users should expect to authenticate, either via push notification or phone call, via DUO each time they log into the Portside hosting site. More information on initial enrollment can be found

If a user is not receiving the DUO request, some solutions for resolution could be:
- re-enrollment, this will be required if the user had a change in their device
- close the DUO app and re-open it on the device
- change the device from wifi to cellular data
- toggle the device into and back out of airplane mode
- turn the device off and back on
