If a user has a new device to register for DUO MFA, the below steps can be followed.
Note(s):
- For ease of enrollment, please have DUO Mobile already installed on the new device
- DUO can only be setup on one device per user so these steps should be followed if this is a permanent device change
1. Upon logging into the go.portside.aero site with your Citrix credentials, you will be presented with this screen. Choose "Add a New Device":
2. Choose "Call Me" as the authentication method. An automated call will be placed to the phone number you entered at initial registration. Follow the prompts during the call:
3. Return back to the computer screen and choose "Mobile Phone" if you are replacing your old device with a new one, then choose "Continue":
4. Enter the phone number associated with the device, if it is the same phone number that was affiliated with the previous device you will need to acknowledge that by selecting the checkbox, then choose "Continue":
5. Choose the "Call Me" button. An automated call will be placed, and a 6-digit code will be provided. Enter the code into the field below and choose "Verify", then "Continue":
6. Choose the corresponding device type, then "Continue":
7. If you already have DUO Mobile installed, choose "I have DUO Mobile installed". If not, install it now then press the button:
8. Open the DUO Mobile app on the device, choose the "+' symbol in the top right corner to add new, select "Use QR code" to scan the QR code presented on the screen, then "Continue":
9. In the app, name the account then scroll down to "Save", back on the computer you'll receive a green checkmark if successfully completed, choose "Continue":
10. You're now done, choose "Back to Login" to return to the Citrix login screen where you'll be able to utilize your new device for DUO authentication:
