FOS Mobile Change / Forgot Password

For users who do not recall the password to the FOS Mobile app, the self-service password reset can be used on the main login page of the app. The onscreen directions will guide the user through the following steps.

1. With your email address in the field, choose Forgot Password. A pop-up message will appear stating password instructions have been sent to the email address.
      *If there is an error regarding an invalid username, that means the mobile account was not created under that email address. The user can try another address or they should       contact their internal company FOS Admin to see what email address resides in their user profile > mobile tab > unique email field.


2. Click the change password link in the email you receive. If the email is not received in approximately 1 minute, please check junk and spam folders.


3. Follow the on-screen directions to change your password. The requirements for the password case sensitivity rules can be seen on-screen if you choose "requirements".


4. Once the password has been changed successfully, a message will appear. Choose OK and close the browser tab as you are finished. Return back to the FOS Mobile app and log in with you newly created password.
