How to change Crew ID

How to change Crew ID

To ensure proper recordkeeping within FOS, there is a specific process for changing the Crew ID. To start the process:
  1. Review your existing Personnel List, be sure all filters are cleared using the Filters drop down at the top of the page and selecting "Reset Filters", and ensure the ID that you are wanting to change to is not already in use by any other Personnel profile (this includes those that may be marked Inactive).
  2. Ensure all users are logged out of FOS.
  3. Ensure the individual making the changes has no other FOS windows open aside from the Personnel module.

1. Engage the process by either clicking here in the Personnel module or the second area is inside the actual Personnel profile:

*Only attempt to change the Crew ID when using one of these two functions. If the Crew ID is changed outside this window, all records will be disassociated with the crewmember.

2. Proceed through the reminder pop-up ensuring all other screens are closed and users logged out.

3. The current crew ID will populate in the Current CREW ID field and the desired ID should be entered in the New CREW ID field:

4. Select the Change ID button to complete the process.
