RESOLVED - Incorrect FBO Email Addresses

As of December 2025, this issue is resolved by obtaining a new airport file from our 3rd party vendor.

We recently discovered that the email addresses from our airport vendor, Universal, are being sent over incorrectly. The incorrect emails can be seen across various FBO records within the system. Unfortunately, the email addresses the vendor has on file are not correct in the dataset they shared with us. We have contacted the vendor, escalating to senior level leadership both here at Portside and Universal, who is working to address this quickly.
