Passenger Contracts: Deducting hours based on Actual Flight Time
In order to deduct a contract balance with Flight Time, but you want to it to be based on Actual Flight time instead of Estimated, you need to start with the quote. The Rate should be based on AFT (Actual Flight Time) so that it will update the Contract time and set the Scheduled Itinerancy toggle. You can adjust the Contract time manually if necessary here as well.
(For instructions on how to setup a basic contract, see
here)
The Contract will show the Balance from the Account Tab in the Client/Passenger record.
To view the itemized list of flights open the active contract. You will have multiple line entries for the same flight showing changes in the quote such as flight times, cost, etc. Notice the Debit Column is correct, and the Balance should also be only pulling the final numbers from the quote and logged flight times. If a Flight should be cancelled, you will see that line item removed from the list and the balance will be adjusted as well.
