Signing off a CASS Item with a Certificate Number

The certificate number can auto-populate in to a CASS item being signed off. The steps below will walk the user through setting up FOS to accomplish this.
  1. The Personnel ID and the User ID in FOS must match as in the example below.
  2. The Certificate Number must be entered in the Personnel Record.
  3. The Personnel Record must be marked as a crewmember.
  4. The User Profile must have the 'User is a Crewmember' box checked


Once the Personnel and User records have been setup correctly the Certificate Number will automatically display when the user selects the Signoff button.
