Introduction to Company Module
What is the Company Data?
The company data defines system wide settings for the companies associated with various users. A user associated with a specific company listed will inherit the defaults of that company record.
One company will always be set as the primary company to allow the system to define certain aspects of the operation overall. The other companies will define how the system behaves for users that are attached to that specific company.
Note: Although the list of codes are the same, this particular menu is not associated with specific access privileges or how various trips, passengers, crews, etc. are annotated as belonging to a specific Company. Therefore, there is no need to create a Company record in this menu unless you will be assigning a specific user record to a Company listed here.
