Days Off
The Days Off section will allow users to track the balances for vacation, sick, and flex time. The Day Off Period is set in Company Data on the Times Tab. Please note if the Anniversary Date is selected and the Anniversary Date in FOS is not populated the Days Off will not calculate correctly.

The Vacation and Sick time will use the Vacation and Sick Activity Codes in FOS. The Flex time will be calculated by an activity that has the Flex Time check box checked.
The Days Off are calculated based on off days. Users are able to enter the total amount of Authorized days the employee has in the Authorized column. The Taken column will display the amount of days the employee has taken. The day will be recorded as taken when the completed box has been checked in the activity. The Sched column will display the number of days that have been scheduled, just simply recorded on the calendar.


APIS Information
The fields below are used when APIS is transmitted from FOS.

Crewmember Flight Time
Listed on the right-side of the Reporting Tab are the Total Hours for the employee. The times are entered and pulled from the Logbook Tab in the Personnel Record.
