Training Module: Training Tab in Personnel Record

The “Training” tab within the Personnel Record will list all items the individual is due based on their particular qualification. The items may be sorted by the ‘Order’ field set in the “Training Item”, alphabetically by the ‘Description’, by ‘Next Due’ date, or by group ‘Type’. Checking the ‘All Items’ box will display all items plus their sub-items. ‘N/A’ will display any items that have been marked not applicable by the system or by the user. 

Note: If you have sub-items displayed under an item and click the ‘All Items’ box, you will see those particular items displayed twice. 
Note: Items that the system has marked as not applicable will not have the ‘N/A’ box checked in the “Crew Training Item”. 


Items that appear in red have either never been completed or are overdue. 
Items in blue are in the late grace period. 
Items in green are within 30 days of the due date or early grace. 
Items in black are completed and not due within the specified times that would change them to a different color status.
