Personnel Module Menu Options
Filter
The options highlighted below are user-specific and do not affect other users. To clear any filters that have been applied, select the Reset Filters option.

Search and Lookup Fields
The highlighted options below will also filter the personnel list. Display results are based on the selected boxes marked in the personnel data.
Multiple Selection box
To select several personnel records for reporting purposes, select the Multiple Selection checkbox. Use the following keyboard/mouse commands Ctrl+Click or Shift+Arrow.
Select the Report option on top menu bar, and then Crewmember Reports – Selected Crew.
Options
These options allow you to perform the following functions:
- Base Required Fields - allows the user to set the required fields that must be entered into each personnel record before it can be saved.
- No Fly List - will bring up a copy of the current No Fly List that has been imported into FOS.
Change Crew ID
Please note, users must have appropriate permissions to perform the following and the crew ID may ONLY be changed by using the “Change CREW ID” option under the “Options” drop down selection. Please be sure to follow
this guide, if using this option.
